Terms of Use for Find Me

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Find Me mobile application (the “App”).
The App is owned and operated by RLG Media (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Find Me App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Find Me App, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction)
  • Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms
  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Description of the App

Find Me is a proximity-based mobile application that uses
Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and optional location signals to help users
discover and connect with nearby users in real time.

The App may be updated, improved, or modified from time to time, and features may be added,
changed, or removed at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

a. Account Creation

Certain features of the App may require you to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

b. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
and for any actions taken through your use of the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Find Me App to:

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Collect or misuse user data without consent
  • Engage in unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activities
  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the App
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the App or its systems

RLG Media reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access
to the App for violations of these Terms.

5. Bluetooth & Proximity Features

Find Me relies on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to enable proximity-based discovery.

By using the App, you acknowledge that:

  • BLE performance depends on device hardware and system permissions
  • Discovery accuracy may vary based on environment and device settings
  • You are responsible for enabling or disabling Bluetooth and location permissions

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free proximity detection.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Find Me App is also governed by our
Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

By using the App, you consent to data handling as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. User Content

a. Content You Provide

You may upload or create content such as profile information, images, or messages (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content but grant RLG Media a
non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content
solely for operating and improving the App.

b. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content:

  • Is accurate and lawful
  • Does not infringe third-party rights
  • Does not violate these Terms

8. Safety & User Interactions

Find Me facilitates discovery and communication but does not guarantee
the identity, behavior, or intentions of other users.

You agree that:

  • Interactions with other users occur at your own risk
  • RLG Media is not responsible for offline interactions
  • You will exercise caution and good judgment when meeting others

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials within the Find Me App
(excluding User Content) are owned by RLG Media or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

10. Termination

RLG Media may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your conduct poses a risk to other users or the platform
  • Such action is required by law

You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion.

11. Disclaimer

The Find Me App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • We make no guarantees regarding availability or accuracy
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RLG Media shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or opportunities
  • Issues arising from user interactions or third-party integrations

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the App.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RLG Media from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

14. Third-Party Integrations

The Find Me App may integrate with third-party services or platforms.
RLG Media is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which
RLG Media is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
