Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/h2><p>By creating an account or using the Find Me App, you confirm that you:<\/p><ul><li>Are at least <strong>13 years old<\/strong> (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction)<\/li><li>Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms<\/li><li>Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2><strong>2. Description of the App<\/strong><\/h2><p>Find Me is a proximity-based mobile application that uses<br \/><strong>Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)<\/strong> and optional location signals to help users<br \/>discover and connect with nearby users in real time.<\/p><p>The App may be updated, improved, or modified from time to time, and features may be added,<br \/>changed, or removed at our discretion.<\/p><hr \/><h2><strong>3. User Accounts<\/strong><\/h2><h3><strong>a. Account Creation<\/strong><\/h3><p>Certain features of the App may require you to create an account. You agree to:<\/p><ul><li>Provide accurate and up-to-date information<\/li><li>Keep your login credentials secure<\/li><li>Accept responsibility for all activity under your account<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>b. Account Responsibility<\/strong><\/h3><p>You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account<br \/>and for any actions taken through your use of the App.<\/p><hr \/><h2><strong>4. Acceptable Use<\/strong><\/h2><p>You agree <strong>not<\/strong> to use the Find Me App to:<\/p><ul><li>Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users<\/li><li>Impersonate any person or entity<\/li><li>Collect or misuse user data without consent<\/li><li>Engage in unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activities<\/li><li>Interfere with the security or functionality of the App<\/li><li>Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the App or its systems<\/li><\/ul><p>RLG Media reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access<br \/>to the App for violations of these Terms.<\/p><hr \/><h2><strong>5. Bluetooth &amp; Proximity Features<\/strong><\/h2><p>Find Me relies on <strong>Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)<\/strong> to enable proximity-based discovery.<\/p><p>By using the App, you acknowledge that:<\/p><ul><li>BLE performance depends on device hardware and system permissions<\/li><li>Discovery accuracy may vary based on environment and device settings<\/li><li>You are responsible for enabling or disabling Bluetooth and location permissions<\/li><\/ul><p>We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free proximity detection.<\/p><hr \/><h2><strong>6. Privacy<\/strong><\/h2><p>Your use of the Find Me App is also governed by our<br \/><strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong>, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.<\/p><p>By using the App, you consent to data handling as described in the Privacy Policy.<\/p><hr \/><h2><strong>7. User Content<\/strong><\/h2><h3><strong>a. Content You Provide<\/strong><\/h3><p>You may upload or create content such as profile information, images, or messages (\u201cUser Content\u201d).<\/p><p>You retain ownership of your User Content but grant RLG Media a<br \/><strong>non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license<\/strong> to use such content<br \/>solely for operating and improving the App.<\/p><h3><strong>b. Content Responsibility<\/strong><\/h3><p>You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content:<\/p><ul><li>Is accurate and lawful<\/li><li>Does not infringe third-party rights<\/li><li>Does not violate these Terms<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2><strong>8. Safety &amp; User Interactions<\/strong><\/h2><p>Find Me facilitates discovery and communication but does <strong>not<\/strong> guarantee<br \/>the identity, behavior, or intentions of other users.<\/p><p>You agree that:<\/p><ul><li>Interactions with other users occur at your own risk<\/li><li>RLG Media is not responsible for offline interactions<\/li><li>You will exercise caution and good judgment when meeting others<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2><strong>9. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h2><p>All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials within the Find Me App<br \/>(excluding User Content) are owned by <strong>RLG Media<\/strong> or its licensors.<\/p><p>You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.<\/p><hr \/><h2><strong>10. Termination<\/strong><\/h2><p>RLG Media may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:<\/p><ul><li>You violate these Terms<\/li><li>Your conduct poses a risk to other users or the platform<\/li><li>Such action is required by law<\/li><\/ul><p>You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion.<\/p><hr \/><h2><strong>11. Disclaimer<\/strong><\/h2><p>The Find Me App is provided on an <strong>\u201cas is\u201d<\/strong> and <strong>\u201cas available\u201d<\/strong> basis.<\/p><ul><li>We make no guarantees regarding availability or accuracy<\/li><li>We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation<\/li><li>Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2><strong>12. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h2><p>To the fullest extent permitted by law, <strong>RLG Media<\/strong> shall not be liable for:<\/p><ul><li>Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages<\/li><li>Loss of data, profits, or opportunities<\/li><li>Issues arising from user interactions or third-party integrations<\/li><\/ul><p>Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the App.<\/p><hr \/><h2><strong>13. Indemnification<\/strong><\/h2><p>You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RLG Media from claims arising from:<\/p><ul><li>Your use of the App<\/li><li>Your violation of these Terms<\/li><li>Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2><strong>14.
